How Do You Rotate The Screen On Youtube

Not sure if this is included in the latest update.

Merely moving from my old fold two to fold three this is extremely annoying.

When going into Youtube full-screen, the phone would auto rotate to landscape, regardless of whether the main rotate was activated or not - at present you have to manually put rotate on before this happens.

The old way was neat if y'all're lying downwards etc as information technology'd just stay in mural fashion.

Anyone have any thoughts? I've tried good lock, bixby routines etc simply these affect the main app, rather than just the full screen element.

Hmmm I don't recollect now ha.. Simply if I'g in full screen automobile rotates but I first for into YT I hit the expand...

Yeah mine doesn't it'll stay portrait until I manually hit the rotate push in the tiptop bar so turn the phone!

Did yous try to clear information and enshroud on YT?

Maybe change the aspect ratio in YouTube app in labs settings

So, mine works as intended based on what you explained. I am not sure what makes it work and what does not. Accept y'all tried to clear not only the Cache, but the Data for this app and sign back in to meet if that helps at all?

Simply remember that wiping the Data puts the app back to factory default, and so settings will need to be re-applied.

I have searched high and low to notice a solution on this but I'm having the exact issue. Lying downwardly watching a video mean you tin can't have auto rotate on or it goes into portrait. The manual orientation push button is useless as it turns the whole phone landscape until yous turn it off once more. No rotation apps seem to piece of work. I cannot for the life of my find a solution and it'south REALLY irritating.
